Everything and every member of your Staff was excellent and very Professional. The only hitch was that the prescription that was supposed to be call in to my Pharmacy was never completed.I had to call your office today to get them to call it in to LS Family Pharmacy.

They are a very efficient office. I never wait any more than a few minutes to be seen and Dr Kolansky is top notch! He always takes the time if I need him to look at something..even if it's not what I am there for. I highly recommend Dr Kolansky! He's the best !!
